### Flow Interactions & Conflicts

- **Welcome + Abandoned Cart:** A person can be in both flows simultaneously. Klaviyo's Smart Sending will prevent emails from stacking too close together. No additional conflict logic needed.
- **Welcome + Post-Purchase:** If someone subscribes and immediately purchases, the Welcome flow should exit (conditional split on "Has Placed Order"). They'll enter Post-Purchase instead.
- **Nixodine Bridge + Launch:** These go to DIFFERENT segments. Nixodine buyers get Bridge. Everyone else gets Launch. No overlap.
- **Post-Purchase + Reorder:** If someone reorders before Day 25, skip the reorder nudge email — Email 5 (conditional split on order count).

### Recommended Klaviyo Settings

- **Smart Sending Window:** 16 hours (prevents email fatigue)
- **Quiet Hours:** Don't send between 9pm-8am recipient's local time
- **Unsubscribe handling:** Single opt-out (Klaviyo default)
- **Double opt-in:** Recommended for new subscribers (reduces spam complaints, improves deliverability)
- **List cleaning:** Suppress profiles that haven't opened in 90 days from campaign sends (keep in flows)

### Deliverability Monitoring

**Critical threshold: Keep spam complaint rate below 0.1%.** One complaint above this rate triggers deliverability problems that take months to fix. 48.63% of all emails globally are marked as spam — proactive monitoring prevents your domain from joining them.

**Weekly check:** Klaviyo → Analytics → Deliverability. Monitor:
- Spam complaint rate (target: <0.1%)
- Bounce rate (target: <2%)
- Unsubscribe rate (target: <0.5% per campaign)
